Fines for Failing to Comply

As of 1st July 2021, if a new, renewed or varied contract is signed on a Bay View rental property, all Healthy Homes compliance items need to be finished within 90 days.

Tenancies commenced between 1 July 2019 to the 30th June in 2021

  • Underfloor and ceiling insulation is a requirement to all Bay View and New Zealand rental houses where it’s reasonably practicable to put in.
